Bill Waggoner has over 30 years' experience in the Financial Services Industry as a branch manager, compliance officer, and financial adviser. He specializes in retirement planning, estate preservation, and long-term care planning. Bill grew up in Michigan, and after high school, he moved to Arizona, where he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona. Afterward, his love of the seasons and water prompted his return to Michigan, and he earned his Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College. He currently lives in Troy. His hobbies include reading, gardening, and spending time at his property near Port Huron. He is getting his Master Gardner certification from Michigan State University. He was an adjunct professor of Economics at Oakland Community College for twenty years and acted as Chairman of the Troy Youth Assistance, where he mentored two young boys. He was also Treasurer of the Troy Rotary and is currently a member of the Rochester Rotary.
He's worked extensively to create practical solutions that address common trust and estate planning concerns and offers solutions to empower families to put effective plans in place—without relying on one-size-fits-all approach.
